Job Summary
ScriptFlow Digital is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Typing & Transcription Clerk to join our remote team. This role involves converting audio and video recordings into accurate, well-formatted written documents while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in typing, and able to manage multiple transcription projects efficiently. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a growing digital media company.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe audio and video content from multiple sources, including interviews, meetings, webinars, and client recordings.

Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client guidelines.

Format documents according to company and client specifications.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Review and correct any errors or inconsistencies in previously transcribed content.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 words per minute) with high accuracy.

Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Proficiency with transcription software and tools (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter.ai, Microsoft Word).

Ability to follow detailed instructions and formatting guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Familiarity with digital audio/video file formats and playback tools.
Experience

Previous experience in transcription, data entry, or typing is preferred but not mandatory.
