Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage, and respond to incoming emails from clients and internal teams promptly and professionally.

  • Categorize and prioritize emails based on urgency and importance to ensure timely resolution.

  • Draft clear, concise, and accurate responses in alignment with company policies and brand voice.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining thorough documentation.

  • Maintain organized email logs, records, and reports for performance tracking and analysis.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline email response workflows and improve response efficiency.

  • Identify recurring inquiries and provide feedback for potential process improvements.

  • Assist in creating templates and standard operating procedures for email communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, or similar) and CRM systems.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support, email management, or administrative roles.
