Job Summary

NexaHelp Corporation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Client Support Advisor to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional assistance, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This remote position allows you to contribute from anywhere while maintaining the high standards of service NexaHelp is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Diagnose and resolve client issues, providing clear guidance and solutions.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Proactively identify patterns in client feedback to recommend process improvements.

  • Uphold company policies and compliance standards in all client interactions.

  • Contribute to a positive client experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple client interactions simultaneously with professionalism.

  • High level of computer literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling client information.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client services, or a related field is preferred.

  • Prior experience in a remote support role is an advantage.

  • Experience in handling escalated client issues and resolving them effectively.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours; availability to work during core business hours is preferred.

  • Occasional weekend or extended support shifts may be required based on client needs.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
