Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues, customer concerns, and process improvements.

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain product knowledge and enhance service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience
