Job Summary:

StockTrack Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Inventory Update Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing, updating, and maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple platforms to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

As a key member of our operations team, you will contribute to optimizing stock management processes, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately update and maintain inventory records in internal systems and databases.

  • Track stock levels, monitor product availability, and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Assist in generating reports related to inventory status, stock movement, and trends.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely updates and correct stock levels.

  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or issues in inventory data.

  • Support product catalog management by uploading and updating item details, descriptions, and images.

  • Maintain compliance with company standards and procedures for inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, data entry, or administrative roles preferred.

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms or ERP systems is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with core availability required between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (your local time or specified time zone).

  • Some occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and track trends.

  • High proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and database management.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively suggest improvements.
