Job Summary

ContractCall USA is seeking a dedicated and motivated Independent Phone Support Specialist to provide high-quality phone-based customer assistance for our diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, account questions, order updates, billing concerns, and general troubleshooting.

  • Follow client-specific scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining service excellence.

  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the required systems.

  • Escalate complex issues to designated support teams when necessary.

  • Manage call resolution within established quality and productivity standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold all data security requirements.

  • Represent ContractCall USA and client brands with strong customer-focused communication.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, phone support, or virtual assistance preferred.

  • Experience as an independent contractor is an advantage but not required.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or call-handling software is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible, based on client program needs.

  • Contractors may choose part-time or full-time hours.

  • Availability during peak business hours (including evenings or weekends) may be required for some projects.

  • You control your schedule, but adherence to committed hours is essential.
