Job Summary
StudyBridge USA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Academic Support Assistant to provide high-quality support to students, educators, and academic teams across various learning programs. In this role, you will help streamline learning processes, assist with course-related inquiries, maintain accurate academic records, and ensure smooth communication between students and academic departments. Key Responsibilities

Provide timely support to students via email, chat, and online portals regarding assignments, schedules, and course navigation.

Assist academic staff with preparing learning materials, updating course content, and distributing resources as needed.

Maintain organized academic records, track student progress, and ensure data accuracy within internal systems.

Coordinate virtual sessions, workshops, and tutoring appointments.

Monitor student engagement and flag issues that may require academic intervention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours
