Job Summary

TranscribePro USA is seeking an experienced Remote Product Manager (SaaS) to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our cloud-based software solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment, understands the end-to-end product lifecycle, and can translate customer needs into innovative SaaS solutions. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-impact products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprints, backlog grooming, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Partner with UX/UI and engineering teams to design, build, and deliver scalable SaaS solutions.
• Monitor key product metrics, gather user feedback, and continuously iterate to enhance the product experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and ensure alignment across global teams.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven track record in managing SaaS products from concept to launch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, SaaS architecture, and cloud-based technologies.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex software products.
• Experience managing Agile teams and scaling product processes in a remote or distributed environment.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones, particularly with US-based teams.
• Occasional participation in scheduled meetings during EST working hours may be required.

• Ability to balance short-term tactical decisions with long-term strategic vision.
• Skilled in stakeholder negotiation and conflict resolution.
