Job Summary
DataEase Virtual is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in identifying and engaging top engineering talent for niche and highly specialized roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical recruitment, excellent research skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with potential candidates. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and success of DataEase Virtual.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing for niche engineering roles using multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess fit and interest.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand job requirements, role specifications, and team culture.
- Track sourcing activities and report on key metrics to optimize recruiting strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitor hiring practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical/engineering roles, particularly niche or specialized positions.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles, technologies, and skill sets across software, hardware, and emerging tech domains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in technical or engineering domains.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill or specialized technical roles.
- Prior experience in a remote work setting is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, standard working hours with flexibility for remote work.
- May require occasional collaboration with international teams across different time zones.
