Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar) and CRM platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience interpreting complex marketing metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a virtual team environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably with hands-on lead generation experience.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing campaigns that drive measurable lead generation results.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote role.
