Job Summary

TechSol Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer to join our growing remote engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and user-centric web applications. You will lead front-end development initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that the UI/UX design is translated into high-quality code. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote-first environment and is passionate about solving complex technical challenges using modern React.js frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced web applications using React.js, Redux, and related front-end technologies.

• Lead the front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reusability of components.

• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless functionality.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following industry best standards.

• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers within the team.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into the front-end applications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and user experience.

• Stay updated with the latest JavaScript frameworks, trends, and technologies to continuously improve existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Context API, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.

• Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

• Solid understanding of RESTful services, asynchronous programming, and front-end performance optimization.

• Good knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Minimum 4–7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.

• Proven experience in developing large-scale, production-grade web applications using React.js.

• Prior experience in leading front-end development or mentoring junior engineers is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (Remote/WFH).

• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

• Flexibility available based on project requirements and collaboration with global teams.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality code under tight deadlines.

• Ability to break down complex technical tasks into manageable development stages.

• Ability to collaborate across departments and handle cross-functional technical discussions.
