Job Summary

Global Connect BPO is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (Night Shift) to join our fast-paced service team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless support experience that reflects the high standards of Global Connect BPO. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work effectively during night hours while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries with professionalism and empathy.

  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing accurate solutions.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

  • Document customer interactions and update internal systems with complete and accurate information.

  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality standards during every interaction.

  • Work closely with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and uphold data protection standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer concerns quickly.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, call center, or related fields.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time Night Shift role.

  • Rotational weekly offs as per business requirements.

  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if needed.
