Job Summary
Global Connect BPO is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (Night Shift) to join our fast-paced service team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless support experience that reflects the high standards of Global Connect BPO. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work effectively during night hours while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries with professionalism and empathy.

Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing accurate solutions.

Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Document customer interactions and update internal systems with complete and accurate information.

Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality standards during every interaction.

Work closely with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Maintain confidentiality of customer data and uphold data protection standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, call center, or related fields.
