Job Summary
Outsourced Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our U.S.-based clients. This work-from-home role is ideal for individuals who excel in multitasking, communication, customer coordination, and managing day-to-day business activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, tech-savvy, and capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements.

Handle email management, draft responses, filter spam, and maintain clean communication channels.

Conduct online research, compile reports, and prepare data summaries as required.

Support daily administrative operations including document preparation, data entry, file management, and CRM updating.

Assist with customer support tasks such as responding to inquiries, processing requests, and following up with clients.

Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and professional correspondence.

Track ongoing tasks, set reminders, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Collaborate remotely with U.S.-based teams, managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and business processes.

Perform additional administrative responsibilities as needed to support organizational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online productivity tools.

Experience

1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Customer Service Associate, Office Administrator, or similar administrative role.

Experience working with international clients—especially U.S. clients—is highly preferred.

Working Hours

Full-time position aligned with U.S. working hours (Night Shift).

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability depending on client needs.
