Job Summary
Brand Fusion Co. is seeking a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and elevate our online presence across major platforms. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns that strengthen our brand identity, increase engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. You will play a key role in content creation, audience growth, and performance analysis to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Create high-quality, compelling, and brand-aligned content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.).

Manage daily posting schedules across all relevant platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

Engage with the online community by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.

Run paid advertising campaigns on social platforms and optimize for maximum ROI.

Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.

Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to achieve cohesive brand communication.

Develop influencer partnerships and manage collaborations for brand promotions.

Continuously stay updated with emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their analytics tools.

Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.

Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

Experience with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).

Strong creativity with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.

Knowledge of social media KPIs and the ability to interpret analytical data.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.

Proven track record of growing social media accounts and managing campaigns.

Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors is an added advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary based on project schedules).
