Job Summary

WebForge Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack JavaScript Developer (Node/React) to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and related frameworks.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs, services, and databases.

• Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability for seamless user experience.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.

• Implement secure coding practices to protect data and maintain system integrity.

• Maintain proper documentation for code, architecture, and system processes.

• Stay updated with emerging JavaScript technologies and propose improvements where needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.

• Hands-on experience with Express.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and responsive design.

• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Firebase.

• Proficiency in REST API design, microservices, and server-side logic.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack JavaScript Developer or similar role.

• Experience developing production-level applications using Node.js and React.js.

• Previous experience in an agile environment is preferred.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

• Flexible timing based on project needs and coordination with global teams.

• Occasional availability for critical deployments or troubleshooting may be required.
