Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Coordinate HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance evaluation processes.

  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Coordinate internal HR events, workshops, and team-building activities.

  • Generate HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant HR experience in corporate or agency settings.

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration is highly preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Flexibility may be required for urgent HR matters or events.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
