Job Summary
Allied Distributors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Field-Based) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across assigned regions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently while meeting business targets. You will represent the company on the front lines, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and value through our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients within assigned territories.

Conduct field visits to meet customers, understand their needs, and present suitable product solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and track competitor activities.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, customer visit logs, and order updates.

Coordinate with the internal sales, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and trade events when required.

Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record in field sales or business development.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

Excellent presentation and customer handling abilities.

Good understanding of sales techniques and territory management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.

Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
Experience

2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within distribution, FMCG, or retail sectors.

Experience in field-based customer acquisition and territory sales management is an advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time position

Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Flexibility required for field travel, client meetings, and peak business periods.
