Job Summary

AI Innovators is seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with a Machine Learning focus to join our fast-growing, innovation-driven engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize Python-based machine learning models for various AI applications.

• Collaborate with data scientists to translate analytical models into production-ready solutions.

• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows.

• Build and maintain APIs and microservices for deploying ML models at scale.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Work with large datasets to extract insights and support decision-making.

• Integrate machine learning models into existing systems and ensure high performance.

• Conduct model monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML frameworks, tools, and research.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile development cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model development, and evaluation techniques.

• Experience with data processing, ETL pipelines, and working with structured/unstructured datasets.

• Proficiency in RESTful API development using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML model deployment.

• Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Experience

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Python Developer, ML Engineer, or similar role.

• Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments is highly preferred.

• Exposure to MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow) is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Standard working hours: 40 hours per week.
