Job Summary

Market Reach is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Tele Sales Representative to join our fast-growing sales team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide product or service information while effectively converting leads into sales. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from potential and existing customers in a professional and timely manner.

  • Understand customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.

  • Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and strengthen client loyalty.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales data in CRM systems.

  • Follow up on pending leads and ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.

  • Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly tone.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions.

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM software.

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to handle customer questions efficiently.

  • High level of patience, professionalism, and positive attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in inbound tele sales, customer service, or call center operations.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard shift timings (day or rotational shifts depending on business needs).

  • Overtime or weekend availability may be required during high-demand periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections.

  • Understanding of customer behavior and inbound call handling procedures.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with call center tools, telephony systems, and lead management processes.
