City Grammar School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our academic team. Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students across multiple subjects.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.

Develop and implement classroom management strategies that promote discipline and respect.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student learning and well-being.

Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.

Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.

Stay updated with educational best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant teaching degree.

Valid teaching certification/license as required by local educational authorities.

Strong knowledge of primary education curriculum and child development principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to motivate and engage young learners.

Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Creativity in lesson planning and instructional methods.
Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in primary education is preferred.

Experience with modern teaching tools, digital learning platforms, and interactive teaching methods is an advantage.

Experience in a multicultural classroom environment is desirable.
Working Hours

Full-time role, Monday to Friday.

School hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (may vary depending on school schedule and events).

Participation in extracurricular programs, meetings, and occasional events outside standard hours.
