Job Summary
Consumer Goods Co, a leading company in the FMCG sector, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer engagement, product promotion, and revenue growth. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving sales in assigned territories, and ensuring excellent brand representation. Bikes will be provided to facilitate efficient travel across the area.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to retailers, wholesalers, and potential clients to promote and sell company products.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.

Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and report insights to the management team.

Educate customers about product features, benefits, and promotions.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and displays.

Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to engage and influence customers effectively.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and mobile apps for reporting purposes.
Experience

0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or field sales.

Working Hours

Full-time position, typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible based on field requirements).

Travel within assigned territory is required; a company-provided bike will facilitate mobility.
