Startup Innovators is seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Web Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and maintaining responsive websites using modern design tools and platforms.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility and functionality.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web projects.

• Help develop website graphics, layouts, and visual elements aligned with branding guidelines.

• Conduct research on design trends, competitor websites, and user experience improvements.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues.

• Support marketing and content teams in developing digital assets.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of web design principles and user experience.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design (a plus, but not mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• No professional experience required.

• Portfolio projects, personal websites, freelance work, or academic projects are a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Flexible working hours may be offered depending on project deadlines.
