Job Summary

Stellar Connect is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (BPO) to join our growing support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive service experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment where excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-centric mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, determining solutions, and ensuring follow-up until resolution.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and service quality metrics.

  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialized teams as required.

  • Understand company products, services, and policies to provide reliable information to customers.

  • Contribute to team goals through active participation in training, meetings, and performance reviews.

  • Adhere to all BPO guidelines, company protocols, and data security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and work efficiently in a dynamic BPO environment.

  • Basic computer skills, including typing, CRM tools, and email communication.

  • Ability to identify issues quickly and offer effective solutions.

  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or BPO roles preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (including weekends or night shifts depending on process requirements).

  • Full-time position with fixed weekly offs as per company policy.

  • Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality.

  • Familiarity with BPO metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and FCR is an advantage.

  • Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and process updates quickly.
