Job Summary

CodeFactory Asia is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and Flask to lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, architect backend solutions, mentor junior engineers, and play a critical role in shaping the company’s technology direction. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, primarily with Django and Flask frameworks.

• Lead architectural discussions and propose scalable solutions to complex technical challenges.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

• Implement best practices in coding, security, and application architecture.

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.

• Integrate third-party APIs, microservices, and data storage technologies.

• Review code, conduct technical assessments, and guide junior developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Drive continuous improvement through automation, code optimization, and adoption of new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django and Flask.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Knowledge of front-end integration with React, Vue, or similar frameworks is a plus.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

• Proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise-level applications.

• Experience in leading development projects or mentoring other team members is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with a standard schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

• Flexible working arrangements or remote options may be available depending on project needs.
