Job Summary

Creative Interface PH is seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating seamless, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and highly functional interfaces. Your expertise in Figma, Sketch, and modern design principles will help drive our products to deliver exceptional user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Sketch.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet business goals and technical constraints.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.

• Advocate for the user experience and provide design insights to improve product usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals is a plus.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.

• Proven track record of designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and high-quality deliverables.

Working Hours

• Full-time position

• Flexible working hours with the option for hybrid or remote arrangements.

• Occasional collaboration sessions may require alignment with the company’s core hours.
