Job Summary
Payroll Plus Inc is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for both local and US-based employees. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations while maintaining confidentiality and supporting the broader HR and finance teams. This role is critical in fostering employee trust and satisfaction by ensuring accurate compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities

Process end-to-end payroll for local and US employees accurately and on schedule.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, US payroll regulations, tax codes, and statutory requirements.

Reconcile payroll reports, including deductions, benefits, and bonuses.

Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

Collaborate with HR and finance departments to address payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.

Prepare payroll-related reports for management and government agencies as required.

Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations, taxation, and labor laws for both local and US jurisdictions.

Assist in payroll system upgrades, process improvements, and audits.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes with accurate payroll adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of local payroll regulations and US payroll processes.

Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).

Advanced knowledge of Excel and payroll reporting tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably handling both local and US payroll.

Experience in multi-country payroll or international payroll operations is a strong advantage.

Exposure to payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting compliance is preferred.
Working Hours

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
