Job Summary

Global Investments is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst (Reporting) to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in consolidating, analyzing, and reporting financial data to support strategic business decisions. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of financial principles, advanced reporting skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Analyze financial statements, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support reporting and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

  • Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and recommendations.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Continuously identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analytics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting software.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, or other relevant financial standards is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting.

  • Experience in investment, corporate finance, or multinational companies is a plus.

  • Prior exposure to financial modeling and dashboard creation highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday.

  • Standard office hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on reporting deadlines.

  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial information.

  • High proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
