Job Summary:

Team Care is seeking a proactive and highly skilled HR Generalist (Employee Relations) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring fair and consistent employee treatment, and supporting overall HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, HR policies, and compliance, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills to mediate, coach, and advise employees and management effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

  • Advise management on employee-related issues, policy interpretation, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Conduct investigations regarding workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, and policy violations, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.

  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote engagement, performance, and compliance.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes, ensuring smooth integration of new employees.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and professional development initiatives.

  • Partner with management to develop strategies that enhance organizational culture, morale, and employee retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR management tools.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or employee relations roles.

  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management processes.

  • Experience in policy development, compliance, and HR project management is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak HR activities or urgent employee matters.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and employee engagement strategies.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
