Job Summary:
Team Care is seeking a proactive and highly skilled HR Generalist (Employee Relations) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring fair and consistent employee treatment, and supporting overall HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, HR policies, and compliance, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills to mediate, coach, and advise employees and management effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Advise management on employee-related issues, policy interpretation, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Conduct investigations regarding workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, and policy violations, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.

Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote engagement, performance, and compliance.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes, ensuring smooth integration of new employees.

Maintain accurate HR records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and professional development initiatives.

Partner with management to develop strategies that enhance organizational culture, morale, and employee retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR management tools.
Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or employee relations roles.

Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management processes.

Experience in policy development, compliance, and HR project management is preferred.
Working Hours:

Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak HR activities or urgent employee matters.
