Job Summary
Aussie Support is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Australian-based clients remotely. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a virtual environment and excels at managing schedules, correspondence, and high-level administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between executives and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication.

Organize and maintain digital files and confidential records with high attention to detail.

Assist in project management by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

Conduct research and compile information for decision-making and strategic planning.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by executives.

Ensure smooth daily operations of executive schedules and priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or Teams.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or C-level leaders.

Experience working with Australian clients and understanding of Australian business practices is highly desirable.
Working Hours

Full-time, remote work from home.

Must be available to work according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours.

Flexibility to occasionally attend meetings outside standard hours may be required.
