Job Summary
Brand Builders Inc is seeking a creative and data-driven Brand Specialist (Marketing Strategy) to strengthen and evolve our brand presence across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand positioning, customer insights, and integrated marketing strategies. You will play a key role in shaping brand narratives, ensuring consistency, and driving measurable growth through well-planned marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Define and maintain clear brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy

Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency

Plan and oversee brand campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels

Monitor brand performance, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness; provide actionable insights

Manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence across internal and external stakeholders

Support product launches and promotional initiatives with strong brand alignment
