Job Summary
St. Jude's Medical is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our hospital staff team. The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting physicians and healthcare teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their hospital stay. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements

Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document medical information accurately

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care

Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment

Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times

Support junior nursing staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the appropriate nursing council

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent qualification

Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a hospital environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Compassionate, ethical, and professional attitude

Proficiency in basic computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
Experience

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Fresh graduates with strong clinical training and internship experience may also be considered

Experience in medical-surgical, ICU, emergency, or specialty units is an advantage
Working Hours

Full-time, hospital-based position

Rotational shifts including day, night, weekends, and public holidays

Shift schedules will be assigned according to department needs and staffing requirements
