Job Summary
ConstructPH is seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Engineer (Project Manager) to lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, managing resources, controlling budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee civil construction projects from initiation to final handover.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, quality requirements, and environmental guidelines.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and design changes to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

Lead site meetings and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer (where applicable).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, and engineering standards.

Proficiency in project management and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience

Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management.

Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale infrastructure or building projects.

Prior experience managing site teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders is essential.
Working Hours

Full-time position, typically 40–48 hours per week.

May require extended hours, weekend work, or site visits depending on project timelines and requirements.
