Job Summary

Language Education PH is seeking passionate and dedicated ESL / Online English Tutors to deliver high-quality English language instruction to students worldwide. This role involves teaching English to children and/or adults in a virtual classroom environment, focusing on improving students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about education, culturally sensitive, and committed to helping learners achieve fluency and confidence in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive online English lessons for kids and/or adult learners

• Prepare lesson plans aligned with students’ proficiency levels and learning goals

• Utilize digital teaching tools, lesson materials, and multimedia resources effectively

• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback and performance reports

• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and age groups

• Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional online classroom environment

• Communicate regularly with academic coordinators and follow company guidelines

• Ensure punctuality, lesson consistency, and high teaching standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken and written English (neutral or clear accent preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently

• Comfortable using online teaching platforms and basic technology

• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills

• Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to teaching excellence

Experience

• Previous ESL, EFL, or online teaching experience is preferred

• Experience teaching kids, adults, or both is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with strong English proficiency and teaching potential are welcome to apply

• Teaching certifications (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are an added advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

• Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options
