Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a results-driven Freelance Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and launch of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) across diverse digital initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can translate business ideas into market-ready products. You will collaborate with founders, designers, developers, and stakeholders to validate concepts, define product roadmaps, and deliver high-impact MVPs within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete product lifecycle from idea validation to MVP launch

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user discovery

• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams

• Prioritize product features based on value, feasibility, and timelines

• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning

• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams

• Track product performance using KPIs and user feedback

• Drive continuous improvement through iteration and data-driven decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product management principles and MVP methodologies

• Proven ability to define and prioritize product requirements

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in startups or digital products

• Hands-on experience delivering MVPs from concept to launch

• Experience working in a freelance or contract-based environment is a plus

• Background in SaaS, mobile apps, or web-based products is highly desirable
