Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Freelance Technical Product Manager to collaborate with engineering-driven teams across global projects. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at bridging business objectives with technical execution, translating complex requirements into scalable product solutions. As a freelance contributor, you will work closely with software engineers, architects, designers, and stakeholders to drive product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch optimization.

• Translate business goals and customer needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and high-quality technical implementation.

• Prioritize product backlogs using data, technical constraints, and business impact.

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, engineering, QA, and design teams.

• Define product roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational objectives.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Monitor product performance and incorporate feedback to drive iterative improvements.

• Ensure timely delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and APIs.

• Proven ability to write detailed product requirements, technical specifications, and documentation.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).

• Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance environment.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.

• Prior experience working with engineering-heavy or technology-driven teams is highly preferred.

• Experience managing SaaS, web, mobile, or platform-based products is an advantage.

• Freelance, contract, or remote project experience is a plus.

Working Hours
