Job Summary
The ACE Banker Program – Retail Branch Banking at HDFC Bank is a structured career development program designed to groom high-potential individuals into future-ready retail banking professionals. This program provides comprehensive exposure to branch banking operations, customer relationship management, sales, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities

Deliver superior customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate banking products and solutions.

Handle day-to-day branch banking operations including account opening, documentation, transaction processing, and service requests.

Acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling of retail banking products such as savings accounts, deposits, loans, credit cards, and digital banking services.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal control procedures.

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper KYC, AML, and documentation standards are followed.

Support branch business targets related to deposits, CASA growth, and fee-based products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
