Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of civil and structural works at project sites and operational facilities

• Support project teams in site supervision, quality control, and adherence to engineering specifications

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery

• Participate in project scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting activities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies

• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and documentation of construction activities

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, value engineering, and process optimization

• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project-related documentation as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university or institute

• Strong academic foundation in structural engineering, construction management, geotechnical engineering, and building materials

• Proficiency in basic engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, MS Excel, project management tools)

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Willingness to work at project sites and relocate across India as per business requirements

Experience

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship or project experience

• Prior exposure through academic projects, industrial training, or internships in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects will be an added advantage

Working Hours

• Full-time role with standard working hours

• Extended hours or shift-based work may be required depending on project timelines and site requirements

• Flexibility to work in site-based environments, including remote and industrial locations

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
