Job Summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T), a globally recognized leader in engineering, construction, and technology services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level BIM Modeler with hands-on exposure to Revit and Navisworks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about Building Information Modeling (BIM) and wish to build a strong foundation in digital engineering and large-scale infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will support multidisciplinary project teams by developing accurate 3D models, assisting in coordination, and contributing to efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit in line with project specifications and L&T BIM standards.

• Assist in model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.

• Support design teams by converting 2D drawings into detailed 3D BIM models.

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

• Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and construction inputs.

• Extract quantities, schedules, and basic reports from BIM models as required.

• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEP) and quality guidelines.

• Participate in internal BIM reviews and coordination meetings.

• Maintain proper documentation, model version control, and data organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.

• Basic to intermediate working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).

• Familiarity with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.

• Understanding of construction drawings, building components, and basic engineering concepts.

• Exposure to BIM workflows, LOD concepts, and model-based coordination is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and standards.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in BIM modeling or related roles.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internships, academic projects, or BIM certification courses are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Standard working hours, typically 5 days a week.

• Flexibility may be required during critical project phases to meet deliverables.
