Job Summary
SNC-Lavalin (AtkinsRéalis), a global leader in engineering, design, and project management, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Quantity Surveyors and Billing Engineers to join our growing project teams. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for civil engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in cost management, billing, contracts, and commercial control across large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. The role is ideal for individuals eager to build a strong foundation in quantity surveying, project cost control, and construction finance while working alongside industry experts.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and verification of running account (RA) bills, interim payments, and final bills.

Support quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Maintain measurement records, billing registers, and cost reports.

Assist in monitoring project budgets, cost forecasts, and variations.

Coordinate with site engineers, planning teams, and contractors for accurate quantity measurements.

Support contract administration activities including claims, variations, and reconciliation statements.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and project procedures.

Prepare basic MIS reports related to billing, cost, and project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.

Basic understanding of BOQ preparation, billing processes, and construction drawings.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic reporting tools.

Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings for quantity take-offs is an advantage.

Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
