Job Summary
Innovic India is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Automation Engineer – PLC & SCADA to join our growing engineering team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about industrial automation and eager to build a strong foundation in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and electrical control design. The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers on automation projects across manufacturing, utilities, and process industries, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, testing, and commissioning of PLC and SCADA-based automation systems.

Support PLC programming using platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or equivalent.

Assist in the development and modification of SCADA screens, alarms, trends, and reports.

Prepare and review electrical drawings, control schematics, I/O lists, and panel layouts.

Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).

Support troubleshooting of electrical and automation systems during commissioning and operation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation engineers.

Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and project records.

Follow safety standards, quality procedures, and company engineering guidelines at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.

Basic understanding of PLC programming concepts and industrial automation systems.

Familiarity with SCADA software and HMI development.

Knowledge of electrical control panels, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Experience

0–2 years of experience in electrical automation, PLC, or SCADA-related roles.

Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or industrial training in automation are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
