Job Summary

Adani Renewables is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Renewable Energy Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solar and wind energy systems to drive sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize solar PV and wind energy systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability.

• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy resource evaluations for proposed projects.

• Develop detailed technical specifications, system layouts, and performance models.

• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of renewable energy systems.

• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using SCADA, energy management systems, and other monitoring tools.

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Research emerging renewable energy technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

• Strong understanding of solar PV and wind turbine systems, energy storage, and grid integration.

• Proficiency in software tools such as MATLAB, PVSyst, AutoCAD, and wind energy modeling platforms.

• Knowledge of electrical design principles, power electronics, and energy conversion systems.

• Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and local regulations for renewable energy projects.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy engineering, preferably in solar and wind projects.

• Hands-on experience with system design, commissioning, and performance optimization.

• Experience in project documentation, technical reporting, and stakeholder management.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, typically 40–45 hours per week.

• Flexibility required for site visits, project commissioning, or troubleshooting as per project demands.
