Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our growing remote engineering team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions that drive business value for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Architect scalable and secure backend services and RESTful APIs.

• Build responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using React and modern UI frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Extensive hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development.

• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend services.

• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL database design.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security standards.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack web development.

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack.

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in mentoring or leading small development teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• 100% Remote role based in India.

• Flexible working hours aligned with project requirements.

• Overlap with global team time zones may be required for collaboration.

• Standard working week: 40 hours.
