Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Generative AI Engineer – LLM & LangChain Specialization to join our advanced AI and Data Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or similar models.

• Implement AI workflows and pipelines using LangChain and related orchestration frameworks.

• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems integrated with vector databases.

• Perform prompt engineering and fine-tuning to improve model performance and reliability.

• Integrate LLM-based services with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.

• Conduct testing, evaluation, and performance benchmarking of generative AI models.

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure AI solutions follow ethical AI principles, data privacy, and security best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, NLP, and machine learning research.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.

• Practical knowledge of LangChain, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures.

• Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.

• Understanding of NLP concepts including embeddings, transformers, and attention mechanisms.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps pipelines.

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integration.

• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• 2–6 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development.

• Proven experience building or deploying AI-driven applications in production environments.

• Prior experience working on chatbots, AI assistants, or automation tools is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
