Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain Developer (Solidity) to join our growing Remote Web3 Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts that power next-generation digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) with seamless front-end and back-end integration.
• Conduct smart contract audits, testing, and optimization for security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into blockchain solutions.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with external APIs, wallets, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues in production environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in blockchain and Web3 technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development.
• Solid understanding of Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains (Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, etc.).
• Experience with blockchain development frameworks such as Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
• Knowledge of Web3 libraries such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Wagmi.
• Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
• Understanding of cryptography concepts, wallets, and transaction mechanisms.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
• Proven experience building and deploying smart contracts in production environments.
• Prior experience working with DeFi, NFT platforms, DAOs, or Web3 products is highly preferred.
• Experience in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
