Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking AI Ethics Analyst to join our Remote Policy Research Hub. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on AI ethics, digital rights, algorithmic fairness, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Evaluate AI systems for ethical risks such as bias, discrimination, privacy violations, and explainability issues.
- Develop and maintain ethical guidelines, policy recommendations, and governance frameworks for AI applications.
- Prepare policy briefs, white papers, and internal reports for leadership and external partners.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI design and deployment.
- Monitor global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO standards) and assess their impact on business operations.
- Participate in ethics reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder consultations.
- Support training initiatives to promote ethical AI awareness across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and data-driven systems.
- Solid knowledge of ethical theories, technology ethics, and digital governance principles.
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret regulatory and policy documents and translate them into practical guidelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and policy drafting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in AI policy, technology ethics, digital governance, or related research roles.
- Experience working in think tanks, research institutions, regulatory bodies, consulting firms, or tech companies is highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to AI compliance, risk assessment, or ethical review boards will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position.
