Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing, shipping, and delivery.

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers to track inventory and shipments.

• Monitor and resolve logistics-related issues, including delays, damages, and discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and order statuses in internal systems.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

• Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries and provide updates on order status.

• Prepare and analyze logistics performance reports to identify areas for process improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends, shipping regulations, and e-commerce logistics best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain coordination, or related roles.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in using logistics management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Experience

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination, e-commerce operations, or supply chain management.

• Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination.
