Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our innovative SaaS development team. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in fostering an Agile mindset, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring that our development teams are empowered to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently. This role requires a proactive leader who can remove obstacles, improve processes, and guide cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a servant-leader and facilitator for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals.
- Identify and remove impediments that obstruct the team’s progress, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles to enhance overall team performance and productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing team performance metrics and implementing actionable enhancements.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Work closely with leadership to support organizational change initiatives and Agile transformation efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in SaaS or software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Lean principles.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach in a software development or SaaS organization.
- Experience leading distributed or remote Agile teams is highly desirable.
- Track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within scope.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote role with flexible hours.
- Must be available for team meetings across standard business hours in [specify time zones if necessary].
- Occasional participation in off-hour meetings to accommodate international teams.
