Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer – LLM Fine-Tuning to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy large language models for a variety of business applications.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement advanced NLP techniques such as prompt engineering, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into products and services.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance through rigorous testing and metrics analysis.
• Ensure ethical AI usage, model bias mitigation, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Document processes, workflows, and AI model performance for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Proven expertise in training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
• Solid understanding of NLP algorithms, architectures, and pre-trained models.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, tokenization, embeddings, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI deployment.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on work in NLP or LLM fine-tuning.
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI models into production environments.
• Contributions to AI research, publications, or open-source projects are a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
