Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Process Engineer to join our remote design support team. This role focuses on optimizing semiconductor fabrication processes, ensuring high-quality device production, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of advanced semiconductor designs. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes to support design and production objectives.

Conduct process characterization, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting of fabrication issues.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure process compatibility and yield targets.

Monitor process performance metrics, identify trends, and propose improvements.

Document process changes, experimental results, and technical procedures in accordance with company standards.

Support new technology introductions and pilot runs to ensure seamless integration into production.

Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in semiconductor process technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes (CMOS, MEMS, SiGe, or similar technologies).

Experience with process characterization, statistical process control (SPC), and yield analysis.

Proficiency with semiconductor equipment and laboratory tools used in process development and testing.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Strong communication skills for collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, design support, or a related field.
