Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven FinTech Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects within the financial technology sector. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, collaborating closely with the marketing and account executive teams to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage potential prospects in the FinTech industry through email, calls, social media, and other outreach channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with InfoTech Solutions’ ideal customer profile.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to set up meetings and drive sales opportunities.
  • Track all activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to sales leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with FinTech industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide informed outreach and consultative selling.
  • Assist in the creation of sales scripts, messaging strategies, and campaign initiatives to improve lead engagement and conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within FinTech or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
  • Comfortable with remote work tools and technology, including CRM software, email automation, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize sales performance.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or related roles in a technology-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in FinTech or financial services is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible depending on time zone alignment with clients.
  • Occasional participation in virtual team meetings and client presentations outside standard hours may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar).
  • Ability to quickly learn about complex financial technology products and articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Self-driven with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
